Terms & Conditions – DudulTech Growth Hub Program

Welcome to the DudulTech Growth Hub Program. By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of India.

A valid mobile number and email ID are required for registration.

Participants must purchase the Estimate Calculator App for ₹400 to join the program.

2. How the Referral Program Works

After purchasing the app, participants can refer new customers using their unique referral link.

A referral is considered successful when:

The referred person purchases the app.

The app is installed and activated on the referred person’s device.

Participants earn ₹150 per successful referral.

There is no upper limit on the number of referrals.

3. Growth Levels & Rewards

The program consists of 15 levels, each with specific referral targets.

Participants earn additional bonuses upon reaching selected levels.

Upon completing Level 15, participants will be offered a permanent job at Dudul Tech with a fixed salary (subject to company policies).

Detailed information about level-wise benefits and rewards will be shared exclusively in our official WhatsApp or Telegram group.

Participants will receive the group invite after successful registration and first referral.

4. Payment & Withdrawal

Referral bonuses will be credited to the participant’s bank account or UPI ID after verification.

Payments are processed immediately

 (as per company policy).

"Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake purchases, or the use of multiple accounts to manipulate earnings, are strictly prohibited. A referral is considered valid only when the referred customer makes a genuine purchase, installs, and actively uses the app. If any fraudulent activity is detected, the participant’s account may be suspended or terminated, and any unpaid earnings may be forfeited. Dudul Tech reserves the right to review and take necessary actions, including legal measures, in case of misuse."

5. Legal Compliance & Restrictions

This program is not an investment scheme, MLM, or pyramid scheme. Earnings are solely based on product sales.

Participants cannot claim employment or benefits unless officially hired by Dudul Tech at Level 15.

Dudul Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without any prior notice.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Dudul Tech is not responsible for any loss due to unauthorized activities or misuse of referral links.

Participants must comply with all applicable Indian laws and tax regulations regarding earnings.
