The training program is divided into two clearly defined and independent learning levels.
The Foundation Level course focuses on electrical safety, tools and instruments, wire and cable selection, basic residential house wiring methods, light and fan wiring, switchboard preparation, basic MCB usage, earthing and basic fault finding.
This level is designed for beginners, helpers and new electricians who want to build strong and safe working skills in residential electrical wiring.
The Professional Level course focuses on load calculation, circuit planning, distribution board design, selection and application of protection devices such as RCCB and RCBO, advanced earthing systems, inverter and backup wiring, estimation and quotation, site planning, inspection readiness and professional site responsibility.
This level is designed for working electricians and contractors who want to upgrade their technical skills and work as independent and responsible professionals.
Students enrolling in the Professional Level course must already possess complete Foundation Level knowledge.
Foundation topics are not re-taught during the Professional Level classes.
